Cancellation policy:
Written notice 45 days in advance of the rental date minus 20%, if rebooked at a lower rate, (you are) responsible for the difference, If not rebooked (you are) responsible for 1/2 the full rental amount.

Security Deposit: Main House: $500, Guest House $300
Cleaning Fee: Main House $175, Guest House $140

The number of people agreed to and ultimately written into the lease shall be abided to.

The owner lives on the premises, in the caretakers cottage on the property.
